Paul Doucet
CRA: P.App
Paul Doucet owner of South Okanagan Valuations began his appraisal career with Schoenne Appraisals in 1995 after 5 successful years in real estate sales with Royal LePage and ReMax Realty. He received his CRA designation from the University of British Columbia in 1999.
Paul’s 28 years of residential appraisal experience in Penticton and the surrounding areas includes extensive work in rural areas near Penticton including, Summerland, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Oliver, Osoyoos, Rock Creek and the Midway area. He believes in serving his clients with honest, quality work which has resulted in a strong client base that he has built throughout the years. Paul possesses a strong work ethic.
Paul has qualified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia where he has provided testimony on residential property.

Brennan

Received his CRA designation in March 2024 . He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Brennan joined the team at South Okanagan Valuations in the spring of 2018. Brennan serves mostly south of Penticton through Oliver, Osoyoos, and including the Similkameen Valley and Kootenay Boundary. Born and raised in Penticton, “The Kid” holds a deep love for the Okanagan. He lives with his wife and three kids near Okanagan Beach.

Don Stasuik
CRA: P.App
Don Stasuik currently has 22 years experience in Residential Appraisals and has been appraising a wide range of residential properties within the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley since 2002, specializing in Penticton, Summerland and Naramata. Don earned his CRA, P. App., Canadian Residential Appraisal, Professional Appraiser designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada through courses offered by the University of British Columbia and Sauder School of Business in 2007.
Don also earned his Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation through the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 2013, however is currently inactive. Don's work includes: all major lending institutes, mortgage brokers and the public sector . Don grow up in Okanagan Falls and moved to Penticton in 1979 graduating from Penticton High School in 1986. Don was involved with various community organizations with approximately 20 with Scouts Canada and 2 years with The Penticton Lions Club.
Don and his wife enjoy being part of the local community where they have raised their three children

Jackie Brown
Student
Jacqueline Brown joined the South Okanagan Valuations in September of 2022. She is our newest team member and eager to be in this profession.
Jackie is a Candidate of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance. She is currently working on her CRA designation through UBC Real Estate Division. Jackie has been working through all locations in South Okanagan from Summerland over to Naramata, through Penticton down to Kaleden and Oliver/Osoyoos area. She has taken a passion towards hobby farms and agricultural properties. Jackie has aslo worked on single family, duplex, and condominium / townhouse properties.
Jackie was born and raised in Penticton who lived out in Calgary, AB in her 20’s and returned to Penticton in her 30’s. She is a mother to her only son and is passionate about fitness, health, and spending time as a family.
